ThirtyNorth Investments, LLC is an independent Registered Investment Advisor that provides investment management and consultation services to families, institutions, and retirement plans, to help our clients Bring Together Money and Meaning.


The Client Service Manager, under the supervision of our Managing Principal, supports all clients and staff to ensure a client experience that exceeds expectations.


  • Assist with all client requests and deliver exceptional quality service
  • Supervise client account activity, researching and resolving issues
  • Work closely with Financial Advisors to ensure compliance of periodic client reviews
  • Answer inbound phone and email inquiries, meet and greet clients and visitors to office
  • Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
  • Maintain accurate and complete client information in the database
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with operations on projects
  • Secure files and scan and maintain electronic filings
  • Initiate monthly and quarterly billing and coordinate with operations to complete
  • Oversee invoicing and bill pay procedures
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed that support Financial Advisors and the firm in daily business practices

Job requirements

  • High touch/client services oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills using in-person, telephone, and electronic communication
  • Experience with client services at financial institutions preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently and as a teammate
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, AdoBe Acrobat, and DocuSign
  • Experience using Black Diamond Wealth Platform and Redtail CRM preferred
  • Working experience with Schwab Institutional service teams preferred.
  • Maintains a high level of ethical conduct with the best interests of the client always at the forefront
  • Accustomed to setting personal goals and possesses the personal motivation to achieve them
  • Attentive to detail, with strong project management skills
  • Effective communicator, both orally and in writing
