  • Assistance with plan design to encourage retirement readiness of participants
  • Oversight of the plan recordkeeper and third party administrator
  • Periodic in-person presentation to the plan committee in review of the plan performance
  • Consultative support for plan sponsors and owners
  • Facilitation of RFP process for the engagement of recordkeeper and/or Third Party Administrator as needed
  • Oversight of conversion process if change in recordkeeper is made
